Water Softener Cleaner/Iron Remover Maintains performance of greensand iron filters
Pro Pot Perm is a strong oxidizing agent that converts dissolved iron and/or manganese to insoluble oxides which can easily be removed through filtration. Pot Perm regenerates and oxidizes greensand iron filter media, restoring the exchange capacity of the unit.
Available in 2 lb, 5 lb, 10 lb & 55 lb sizes.
Applications For each cubic foot of filter media, 2-4 ounces of dry Pot Perm is suggested. It may be added directly to the filter or mixed with water and added as a solution. Eight ounces of Pot Perm will dissolve in one gallon of water at room temperature ( 68°f ). Consult the iron filter manufacturer for regeneration information.
