Q: Can Chlor Pel be used in my dry pellet chlorinator?
A:
Pro Chlor Pel are compatible with most chlorinator brands. This product will NOT work in the "WELL-PRO" chlorinator which takes a special pellet-this is a smaller pellet.

Q: Can I use Chlor Pel in my pool?
A:
Chlor Pel is not made for pool use.
Our Chlorine is unstable Chlorine; it will break down in your pool because of sunlight. Pool Chlorine is stable Chlorine and will not break down in swimming pools

Q: Do you offer a feeder for Pro-ResCare?
A:
We offer a feeder for Pro-ResCare. The feeder comes in 1/2-oz or 1 oz per day. Use 1 oz per day for high iron water.

Q: I'm a consumer; how do I order Pro Chemicals products?
A:
We only sell our products through water professionals that sell home water treatment equipment; we do not sell our products at retail stores. You can look in the yellow pages for dealers in your area, however note that we are unable to look up dealers on your behalf as we sell through distributors and we do not have access to their dealer locations.

Chlor-Pel is EPA registered for the treatment of potable water supplies.

Q: Is Pro-Pot Perm NSF certified?
A:
The only size that is NSF/ANSI Standard 60 certified is 55-lb.

Q: What are the various case sizes and pallet sizes?

Case Sizes
5-lb bottles - 6 per case
1.5-lb bottles - 6 per case
1-gallon bottles - 4 or 12 per case
Pallet Sizes
5-lb cases - 60 per pallet
1-gallon cases - 48 per pallet
1-quart cases - 70 per pallet
50-lb buckets - 36 per pallet

Q: What is the difference between "Free-Flow" and "Coarse" grade Pro-Pot Perm?
A:
Pro Pot Perm is available in two grades: Free-Flow (97%) and Coarse (98%).
The "Free-Flow" grade has a free-flow additive that keeps the product flowing easily. The "Coarse" grade does not have this additive.
