AQUA
MAG is a liquid ortho/polyphosphate concentrate used for potable and industrial water treatment. Aqua Mag controls red water, prevents rust and scale deposits from water lines, and protects against corrosion or pitting. Aqua Mag has exceptional purity, clarity and stability.
Applications
Aqua Mag should be applied by using a chemical metering pump. Dosage rates can be determined by the calculations at the bottom of this sheet, or by contacting Pro Products.
Features and Benefits
Aqua Mag is designed to keep iron and calcium suspended in water. It reduces reddish iron stains, which are formed on driveways, walkways, buildings, plants and shrubbery during irrigation.
Aqua Mag helps in corrosion control of pipes. It reduces lead and copper leaching and forms a protective film on the piping.

Instructions:
For each 10 gpg of hardness, increase the AQUA-MAG dosage at the rate of 1 ppm Iron as shown on the chart.
For each 1 ppm of manganese in the water, increase the AQUA-MAG dosage at the rate of 1 ppm Iron as shown on the chart.
Add proper amount of AQUA-MAG to the tank. Add sufficient water to the tank to bring the level in the tank to 30 gallons. Use municipal water for filling the tank whenever possible.
**If a larger pump is used, divide the gallons of AQUA MAG required by the gpd of the new pump. For example, a 3 gpd pump would require only 3 gallons of AQUA MAG in the tank (9 gallons of AQUA MAG/3 gpd pump).
