Application
Cartridge:
The Poly Guard cartridge may be installed into any standard filter housing with a 1/4” to 3/4” inlet/outlet.

To Replace:

1. Shut off the water supply to the filter housing.
2. Turn the sump out of the filter head.
3. Replace the expended cartridge. New cartridge
4. Turn the sump back onto the filter head. It may be necessary to lubricate the O-ring for the sump with silicone grease or Vaseline.
5. Turn on the water supply and check for leaks

To Replenish:

1. Remove the expended cartridge from the filter housing
2. Remove the cartridge cap and flush out the cartridge sump.
3. Refill the cartridge up to 3/4 full and replace cap securely.
4. Install cartridge into the filter housing. Cartridge will fit only one way.
